Older Clopay doors from the 1990s and early 2000s sometimes use a bulb-style seal that fits a completely different retainer. If you can find the part number printed on the inside of the door section or on the original paperwork, bring it to the phone call. If you can’t, we measure the channel on site before quoting anything.

We install both OEM Clopay seals and quality aftermarket equivalents. The honest difference is usually availability and price, not performance. OEM seals cost more and sometimes take several days to arrive. Aftermarket seals from the same durometer rubber and profile spec typically install identically and last just as long.
